Emapta is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to act as a commercial partner to Australian businesses, coordinating customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining communication across sales and purchasing teams. The role offers a permanent work-from-home arrangement, day shifts, and a competitive PHP 45,000 monthly package with weekends off and global exposure.

You will work with MS Office, prepare professional presentations, and manage sales documentation with strong attention to detail.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related role.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales support processes, customer order coordination, and sales administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sales documentation and administrative tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctuality, reliability, honesty, and accountability in professional responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders, maintain shared databases, and coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts teams.
• Prepare sales quotations for the Manager and Business Development Manager, maintain up-to-date templates, and upload CRM data.
• Create basic cost spreadsheets to support quotations and commercial requirements.
• Monitor sales activities, resolve backorders with internal teams, and provide customer reports on request.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and contribute to company objectives and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Workplace Health and Safety procedures.
