Emapta Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Consultant to coordinate projects, stakeholders, reporting, and operational priorities to strengthen commercial execution. This role offers international exposure within Australia's leading digital property marketplace and a hybrid work setup with Day 1 onsite at SM Mega Tower, Ortigas.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, operations, sales support, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Ability to manage defined tasks, follow established processes, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and elevate issues early.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills with an interest in using information to support project decisions.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and project documentation.
• Proficiency in business systems and collaboration tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned project activities from start to finish within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate actions across relevant internal stakeholders and maintain clear ownership of deliverables.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and outstanding actions.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and potential delays, and escalate matters outside the role's authority.
• Analyze project information and provide practical insights, updates, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure agreed actions are implemented.
