• Demonstrable experience in customer service via phone and email.
• Data entry and ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quotes and revisions are prepared accurately within SLA times to maximise sales potential.
• Urgent quotes and revisions completed within requested timeframes.
• All quotes and revisions completed within 24 hours of full information.
• All quotes and revisions aligned with request details.
• Orders and revisions prepared accurately within SLA times to maximise sales potential.
• Urgent orders and revisions completed within requested timeframes.
• All orders and revisions completed within 48 hours of full information.
• All orders and revisions aligned with request details.
• Assist the customer to the best of your ability, or pass them to someone who can help.
• Log all customer contacts in CRM.
• You may assist the sales team in ensuring information is processed correctly in CRM.
• Check with the sales team on unclear requests or potential errors.
• Demonstrate understanding of company policies and be part of the wider team.
