Job summary

Scalesource seeks an experienced Sales Support / Estimator to manage speed-to-lead, estimate support, and CRM discipline from a remote home office. You will own outbound follow-up on inbound leads, assemble estimate packets, and drive proposals through from contact to close.

The role requires 2+ years in related fields, solid CRM experience, and strong English communication. It offers US-dollar compensation with a ramp period and flexible scheduling to align with client time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in inside sales or similar roles.
• Experience with CRM and estimating workflows.
• English fluency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own speed-to-lead and outbound follow-up for every inbound lead and estimate request.
• Build estimate packets, proposals, job notes, and pipeline updates.
• Lock in appointments, site visits, estimate reminders, and proposal send-outs.
• Wake up dormant leads and chase unsigned proposals.
• Keep CRM/job-management systems tight and current.
