This role provides administrative and estimating support to the sales team, including order processing and basic pricing tasks. It also maintains CRM records, prospect lists, and sales databases to keep information accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:
- Improve estimating processes and progress toward full project costing and estimates in the company's ERP system.
- Support the Sales Team with quantity take-offs, basic estimates, pricing, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update the CRM (Pipedrive), keeping customer and lead information accurate and current.
- Manage the sales email inbox by monitoring, answering routine requests, and routing enquiries.
- Support lead generation and initial vetting before qualified prospects enter the CRM.
- Provide timely customer support and positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain and manage the leads database, ensuring records, contact details, lead status, and follow-up information are properly maintained.
- Assist the Sales Team with follow-ups, sales administration, reporting, and other activities that support the overall sales process.
- Perform other sales, estimating, and administrative duties as reasonably required by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales support or sales administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or steel fabrication.
- Practical experience preparing quantity take-offs, basic estimates, or project pricing.
- Knowledge of estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam Revu, CostX, Cubit Estimating, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for costing, calculations, quantity take-offs, and hands-on estimating.
- Hands-on experience using Pipedrive or a similar CRM to manage leads, activities, and follow-ups.
- Strong written and spoken English, with confident phone, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proven ability to organize sales records, support lead sourcing, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Able to prioritize competing deadlines, solve routine issues independently, and manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with a consistent record of accuracy, ownership, and follow-through.
