Job summary

Astro Hospitality is seeking a Client Success Support to join a brand-new remote role in partnership with Talent Right. You will support two Sales Representatives with appointment scheduling, CRM updates, quotes, orders, and reporting, while keeping clients engaged.

Working remotely with the Astro team, you’ll manage inbox and calendar activities, HubSpot updates, and provide proactive admin support so the sales team can focus on selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or sales administration.
• Experience with HubSpot and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organisation and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage appointments for existing customers.
• Handle inbox and CRM (HubSpot) and ensure accurate updates.
• Prepare quotes using NetSuite and share with sales team.
• Coordinate samples and customer requests.
• Identify process improvements to reduce admin load.
