You’ll support a growing team, work with a US time zone schedule, and help maintain engaging communications while assisting with social media or admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, or customer service (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong communicator with ability to do purposeful follow-ups and build relationships.
• Highly organized and able to ensure outreach is tracked and managed effectively.
• Comfortable using CRMs like Zoho or similar tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Research high-value referral sources and potential partners.
• Outbound cold calls to sources to schedule warm meetings.
• CRM data entry and upkeep of outreach, follow-ups, and meeting details.
• Track referral sources, contact history, and meeting outcomes for marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate email follow-ups to maintain engagement with contacts, partners, and leads.
• Monitor and update social media presence for awareness as needed.
• Maintain professional, relationship-focused communication reflecting the company’s mission.
• Suggest adjustments to outreach strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with the owner to align outreach priorities with marketing opportunities.
