Job summary

Dust to Dazzle Maids, a residential and commercial cleaning company in the US, is hiring a full-time, remote Client Success Coordinator to run day-to-day operations inside our CRM (Jobber). This customer-facing role schedules jobs, processes invoices, sends quotes, and talks with clients by phone, text, and email.

You will also help retain and grow accounts through upselling, handle inquiries, and ensure top-quality service during US Central Time hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience using Jobber.
• Strong customer service instincts and communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet work environment.
• Available to work US Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage technician and customer appointments in Jobber.
• Process invoices and handle billing questions.
• Build and send quotes to new and existing clients.
• Handle inbound customer service calls, texts, and emails.
• Proactively follow up with clients to retain service and prevent cancellations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and pitch add-on services.
