• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience (AE or closing role).
• At least 1 year of sales calling experience or experience communicating with English-speaking clients (US/Canada/UK/Australia).
• High-ticket or B2B sales focus: inbound & outbound calls.
• CRM and sales tool proficiency.
• Great communication: speak clearly, listen well, build trust over the phone.
• Ability to follow a script and think on your feet when asked tough questions.

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners.
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points, and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.
