Job summary

Celeste is seeking an experienced Operations/Project Manager to act as the operational heartbeat of a fast-moving team. This remote, Philippines-based role supports the full project lifecycle from intake to closeout, coordinating with sales and executives to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

You will manage paperwork, communications, and digital workflows, optimize processes with automation, and own special projects across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Operations or Project Manager role (or similar)
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Manage all project paperwork, documentation, and compliance submissions for municipal contracts
• Own the day-to-day operational process from intake through execution and closeout
• Coordinate with the Sales team for seamless handoffs and client expectations
• Schedule and track field operations to ensure timely delivery and team readiness
• Maintain and refine client onboarding forms and documentation for consistency and quality
• Use CRMs and automation tools to streamline processes and monitor KPIs
