Job summary

Persona is hiring a Managed Services Coordinator for a fast-growing SaaS company serving associations. You will own campaign execution from build through launch and reporting, ensuring delivery in each client’s voice, with strong copy and data hygiene.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with a Client Success Manager and a fast-moving team to manage multiple campaigns, QA rigor, and actionable client insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in campaign operations or similar roles.
• Strong written communication across client voices and conciseness.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort presenting work with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, launch, and manage client engagement campaigns per roadmaps.
• Write campaign copy in various client voices.
• Prepare and manage contact lists and audience segments.
• Maintain data hygiene across campaign workflows.
• Support integrations between engagement platform and client AMS/CRM systems.
• Build campaigns across email, SMS, and website channels.
• Perform end-to-end QA and monitor campaigns for issues.
• Pull results and prepare client-facing reports.
• Interpret data insights beyond surface metrics.
• Prepare materials for client check-ins with the Client Success Manager.
• Track actions and drive work to completion.
