Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Order Management or similar roles.
• Experience with Salesforce/CPQ or similar CRM/order systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for contracts, pricing and customer data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for order issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process Sales Operations requests: orders, renewals, expansions, terminations and changes.
• Create/update opportunities in Salesforce/CPQ with accurate product, pricing and terms.
• Review documents for completeness before processing or routing for approval.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance and other teams to resolve requests.
• Prepare customer-facing order forms and related contracts per policy.
• Support pricing/licensing requests and validate against price books and agreements.
• Monitor SLAs and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain records and trackers for requests, approvals and completed transactions.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with appropriate teams.
• Develop SOPs and look for automation to improve accuracy and speed.
• Provide backup coverage for teammates as needed.
