Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a dynamic outbound sales specialist focused on prospecting and lead qualification. You will manage high-volume calls and emails daily, follow a structured contact schedule, and qualify leads using BANT criteria to support market development goals.

You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify optimal solutions, maintain accurate CRM data, and deliver a professional customer experience, whether speaking with prospects or existing customers, while continuously

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity.
Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas.
Experience in high-volume calling.
Experience learning new technology and data.
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) of leads.
Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development related goals.
Identify best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions.
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email daily.
