Connext is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to proactively engage registered leads via high-volume outbound calls, welcoming them and confirming class information for upcoming financial education sessions. You will answer basic questions and encourage attendance while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

The role involves following a schedule, meeting daily call targets, and documenting all interactions in the CRM to ensure seamless lead management with the US client.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in high-volume outbound calling or another phone-based customer engagement role.
• Experience using CRM, customer databases, or call-tracking systems.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Confident, warm, and personable phone presence.
