Job summary

Concentrix in Makati is hiring a Business Partner - Specialist, Sales Development to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and help the Sales and Marketing teams reach market development goals. You will identify the best solutions for customers and ensure data is accurately captured in CRM.

You will manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily, learn the product and services thoroughly, and work with teammates to deliver a professional experience while meeting personal and team

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales-focused roles.
• Proven track record meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling and email outreach.
• Ability to learn new technology and data quickly.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) of leads.
• Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development related goals.
• Identify best solutions for customers and how to implement them.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Master product knowledge and service technicalities to assess client requirements.
• Handle high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Work with team to provide a professional experience during all interactions.
• Maintain CRM to ensure data is captured accurately.
