Job summary

CloudStaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline through outbound multi-channel prospecting.

You will perform high-volume, phone-first outreach to business decision-makers, build interest, qualify fit, and hand off warm introductions to our Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) with confirmed appointments. You will thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment under the Outbound Sales Manager, following established playbooks,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with clear, professional communication (B2/C1-C2).
• Able to work US Pacific Time hours (8am–5pm PT) from remote locations.
• Confident, professional caller with experience in outbound sales.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and data-driven in high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research accounts and contacts to tailor outreach and messaging.
• Engage business decision-makers and schedule warm introductions to ISR.
• Keep accurate real-time records of activity in SEP and CRM.
• Follow data privacy and CAN-SPAM/TCPA regulations in outreach.
