Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities through outbound outreach, including cold calling, and to build a robust pipeline in alignment with sales guidelines.

You will identify qualified prospects, schedule demonstrations, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities while handling 50–100 calls per day and leveraging Salesforce where

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or any 2 years course.
• Experience in corporate retention and new business sales.
• Experience in heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound & inbound calls/day).
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
• At least 1 year of Lead Generation and prospecting experience.
• Experience using Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.
• Prospect for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified.
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify key decision makers and influencers.
• Keep accurate records in our CRM and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data.
• Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition and our world-class business processes.
