We’re looking for a motivated, disciplined, and coachable Sales Development Representative to join our growing outbound team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline through outbound multi-channel prospecting and engaging prospective clients. This is a phone-first, high-activity outbound role focused on engaging business decision-makers, building interest through professional conversations, assessing overall fit, and facilitating primarily warm live introductions to our Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team, with scheduled and confirmed appointments between prospect and ISR for next steps, as a backup or when needed. You’ll operate within a structured, performance-driven environment under the direct leadership of the Outbound Sales Manager, following established outreach processes, qualification standards, and call frameworks designed to generate qualified sales conversations for the ISR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Outreach
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily as the primary outreach channel, with email and LinkedIn used as supporting channels.
- Conduct basic account and contact research to support call preparation and outreach personalization.
- Engage business decision-makers using established talk tracks and objection handling frameworks.
- Conduct consultative outbound conversations focused on building credibility, generating interest, and assessing high-level prospect fit.
- Facilitate professional warm live introductions to the ISR team, providing relevant prospect context to support a smooth transition in the conversation or set expectations and schedule and confirm receipt of a calendar invite between prospect and ISR.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of all call activity, dispositions, and contact data in our SEP and CRM.
- Follow suppression, data hygiene, and compliance standards in all outreach activity, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable data privacy regulations.
Qualification & Pipeline Contribution
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs tied to outbound activity, connect rates, conversation quality, and qualified opportunities advanced to the ISR team.
- Apply established qualification standards consistently to make sure opportunities advanced to the ISR team align with defined ICP and quality expectations.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Demonstrate consistency in applying coaching feedback, process improvements, and updated outreach strategies.
- Contribute observations from prospect conversations to help refine targeting, objection handling, messaging, and talk tracks.
- Stay current on call frameworks, sequences, and playbook updates as directed by the Outbound Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrates strong professional fluency in spoken and written English (B2/C1-C2), with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in unscripted, real-time conversations with U.S.-based business prospects.
- Must be available to work standard U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) business hours. 8am-5pm PT
- Is a confident, professional communicator who is not afraid to be on the phone and is comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and navigating objections with composure.
- Is highly organized and self-directed, able to manage a high volume of outreach activity with consistency and accuracy.
- Demonstrates resilience, consistency, and professionalism in a high-activity outbound environment.
- Takes ownership of personal performance metrics and daily execution without requiring constant oversight.
- Is coachable and committed to continuous improvement through feedback, training and skill development.
- Represents the company professionally and credibly in all prospect interactions.
