Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration.
• Experience in construction or service-based industries preferred.
• Experience using Netsuite is ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly listening.
• Proven attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Manage and maintain sales documentation.
• Complete handovers to relevant internal departments for smooth workflow.
• Comply with ISMS and information security policies.
