Responsibilities

Lead generation and qualification of potential clients via phone, email and social channels.
Qualify and verify leads by assessing needs, budget and collaboration requirements.
Conduct virtual product demos and explain features, advantages and product fit.
Prepare quotations and pricing options; complete sales documentation.
Update CRM accurately to track activities and conversions.
Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and identify upsell opportunities.
