Job summary

Sprout Solutions, a fast-growing HR tech SaaS company in the Philippines, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help accelerate growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.

You will prospect via email, phone, and LinkedIn; qualify inbound and outbound leads, and identify customer needs.

You will schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records to support pipeline growth; location: Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or sales roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus
