Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify sales leads, conduct outbound calls, and support the regional Sales team in building a strong sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS, is proactive, target-driven, and proficient with CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS / IT.
• Proactive and target-driven with a strong hunter mindset.
• Experienced in cold calling, lead generation and lead qualification.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working with CRM and sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership, target orientation, persistence and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of achieving Inside Sales KPIs and targets.
• Generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Present and communicate ETP's enterprise software solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and support the Sales team in converting leads into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Conduct account and prospect research to identify relevant decision-makers and target accounts.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on lead-generation and sales-development activities.
• Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion and pipeline contribution.
