Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive end-to-end SaaS implementations remotely. You will manage planning, configuration, deployment, and optimization while ensuring client success and measurable outcomes.

You will own projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinate with internal teams, and guide clients through change management, data migration, and platform configurations to maximize adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, implementation consulting, or technical project management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout deployment.
• Configure workflows, automations, and system integrations.
• Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and client enablement.
