Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of revenue strategy to lead the design, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own territory/quota design, pipeline forecast decks, and sales battlecards, while crafting compensation plans and incentive structures.

This role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. The position requires 5+ years in sales strategy or revenue leadership and expert document/slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership, with direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: territory and quota design, forecast decks, and leadership reviews.
• Design territory and quota models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership.
• Develop sales battlecards and objection-handling guides, and build compensation/incentive structure proposals.
• Prepare go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products and conduct win/loss analysis writeups.
