Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of wealth management for a fully remote, flexible role. You will help train and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core financial workflows, based on real client scenarios. This position offers a 5–20 hour weekly commitment with compensation at $70 per hour.

Start date is ASAP and work can be performed on your own schedule. Ideal candidates have 4+ years advising individuals on cash-flow planning, debt payoff, and retirement

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling
• Ability to turn scattered accounts/goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (cash-flow plans, goals-based plans, retirement drawdown, debt payoff)
• Work with clients to translate goals into actionable financial plans
• Ensure high-quality written communications and precise outputs
