Job summary

Ethos is a remote-first expert network enabling paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. We seek an experienced VP of Revenue Operations to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.

The role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations, with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Work on crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits.
• Develop and maintain funnel conversion dashboards and deduplication rulesets.
