Ethos is seeking a Brand Director for a remote, flexible role. We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction and a strong portfolio of shipped campaigns reflecting design judgment and narrative craft. 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: brand positioning decks, campaign briefs, guidelines documents, one-pagers, sponsorship decks, and content calendars.
