Ethos is seeking experienced VPs of strategy to help train a premier AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role requires 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy with direct ownership of client-ready decks and executive materials.

You will craft and refine AI-generated outputs across key workflows, including strategy decks, market analyses, operating-model design, business-case models in Excel and PowerPoint, and implementation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive materials for steering committees.
• Design and analyze market entry and competitive positioning analyses; redesign operating models when needed.
• Build and stress-test business case models in Excel with sensitivity analysis.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews for diagnostics and craft implementation roadmaps and change playbooks.
