Job summary

Kasa is a tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of properties. You will work with the Revenue Management Team, leveraging pricing strategies and data-driven insights to inform decisions and coordinate with marketing, sales, and finance.

The role is remote and contract-based, supporting US-based portfolio needs from the Philippines, with overnight hours to align with U.S. business hours.

• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing pickups, impacts, and opportunities.
• Drive forecasts that align with financial projections and profitability goals.
