Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Revenue Analyst.
• Proficient in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent).
• Knowledge of forecasting models, revenue management, or hotel pricing strategies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive support.
• Knowledge of Philippine hospitality and tourism market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust data management framework ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Establish governance standards, reporting processes, and KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and market data for insights.
• Create dashboards and executive reports for CEO and senior management.
• Develop forecasting models and projections to support long-term strategy.
• Analyze occupancy, demand, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal room rates.
• Support dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue while staying competitive.
• Measure the financial impact of promotions and discounts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align analytics with objectives.
• Assist CEO in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and board meetings.
