Qualifications

• Own end-to-end billing and AR processes.
• Resolve complex billing or payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with subscription/SaaS billing environments.
• Strong reconciliation between financial, billing and customer data.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency with financial data.
• Desire to automate recurring Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, and corrections within approval limits.
• Manage AR, collections, and dunning, resolving failed payments and disputes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on complex billing cases to resolution.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and improve underlying processes.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, and GL, explaining variances.
• Produce MRR/ARR movement analysis and support revenue reporting.
