Job summary

MagentIQ is seeking a Bookings & Accounts Payable Specialist to support both group bookings and finance within a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will manage group enquiries, contracts, rooming lists, deposits, and month-end AP close while coordinating with sales, catering/events and front office teams.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years’ experience in hospitality operations and finance, are proficient with CRM booking systems, and skilled in SAGE accounting.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience across hospitality operations and finance functions.
• Experience with CRM booking systems.
• Experience with SAGE accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable including vendor invoices, coding, payment runs and month-end close.
• Coordinate group bookings, contracts, deposits, rooming Lists and group logistics.
• Enter and maintain group reservations in booking systems; update group leaders and agents.
• Reconcile vendor statements, manage payment terms, and maintain vendor records.
