Job summary

Candidates should have at least 1 year in sales or hospitality, strong English communication, and a willingness to train on-site for three weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, hospitality or reservations in a sales/volume/target-driven call center or BPO environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to listen, uncover sales opportunities, influence buying decisions and close the sale.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and match offerings to maximize sales while delivering great customer experience.
• Willingness to come on site for a three-week training on hire and to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert guest inquiries into successful bookings by matching travelers with the right hotel and room.
• Identify needs and recommend the best options, including rooms, upgrades, and hotel offerings.
