What We're Looking For

• Proven minimum experience of 1 year in sales, hospitality, reservations in a sales/ volume/ target-driven call center or BPO environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to actively listen, uncover sales opportunities, confidently influence buying decisions, and close the sale. Fluency in spoken and written English required.
• Demonstrated capability to identify customer needs, recommend the appropriate offerings to maximize sales value while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to come on site for a three-week training upon hire (or as needed); work shifting schedules including graveyard shift, holidays, and weekends.
• Some secondary school, high school diploma preferred but not required.
