IHG Hotels & Resorts in Makati seeks a Sales Team Manager to lead a reservations and sales team, coaching colleagues to sell with confidence and integrity while using performance insights to improve conversion, revenue, loyalty, and guest experience.

You will build future sales talent, shape daily execution, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in sales, reservations, or contact center with measurable targets.
• ≥2 years in formal people-leadership with accountability for team performance.
• Strong data literacy; able to use Excel, dashboards, CRM for diagnosis.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work business hours, including US hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet sales, conversion, revenue, partner, loyalty, and enrollment targets.
• Turn campaigns and priorities into daily actions via huddles and coaching.
• Use data to identify barriers and strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Coach consultative selling including needs discovery and closing.
• Create accountability for results and customer-focused behavior.
• Develop an inclusive, high-performance culture with feedback and development plans.
• Manage day-to-day operations: attendance, scheduling, productivity, reporting.
• Escalate customer or operational risks as needed.
