Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, hospitality, reservations in a call center/BPO environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate options to maximize sales value.
• Willingness to train on site for three weeks and work shifting including graveyard holidays and weekends.
• Secondary school diploma preferred but not required.
