You will lead a reservations and sales team, coach for consultative selling, and use data dashboards to improve conversion, revenue, loyalty, and guest experience while collaborating with hotel stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in sales, reservations, or contact center with measurable targets.
• At least 2 years in a formal people-leadership role.
• Strong data literacy and ability to use dashboards/CRM for action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Flexibility to work US business hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to meet sales, conversion, revenue, and enrollment targets.
• Translate campaigns into daily actions via huddles, plans, and coaching.
• Use data to identify barriers and build improvement plans.
• Coach consultative selling and perform side-by-side reviews and calibrations.
• Create accountability for results and customer-focused behaviors.
• Manage daily operations: attendance, schedule adherence, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and hotel stakeholders to improve outcomes.
