Job summary

Remotee, via Recruit Sync, seeks an experienced Recruitment Resourcer for the Education & Early Childhood sector. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, engagement, and interview coordination for a boutique Australian agency with strict compliance needs and regional candidate shortages.

You will own outreach, inbound management, and database care, progressing to interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers. Flexibility in hours to suit candidate reach is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, resourcing or candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting in education sector, especially early childhood.
• Familiar with JobAdder or similar ATS/CRM.
• Experience with candidate engagement tools (e.g., Roi-AI).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via text, email, and phone.
• Follow up persistently to secure responses.
• Engage passive candidates and share role information.
• Redirect unsuitable candidates to casual/temp roles.
• Respond promptly to candidate engagement alerts and registrations.
• Screen inbound applications and assess fit.
• Book interviews with Founding CEO or team member.
• Document qualification notes in ATS/CRM.
• Maintain regular contact with the candidate database.
• Coordinate with BD and recruitment team on active roles.
• Suggest system improvements and share market observations.
