Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, seeks a highly experienced White Collar Recruitment Resourcer to support an Australian recruitment agency client across Construction and Engineering sectors. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates for white-collar, professional and technical roles, including construction management and engineering, with a strong AU market emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment as a senior resourcer.
• 2+ years supporting Australian agencies in white-collar construction/engineering.
• Experience using SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Australian client roles (white-collar) with AU focus.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification calls.
• Prepare candidate summaries and client-ready profiles.
• Manage candidate communications and interview coordination.
• Maintain records across ATS/CRM and task systems.
• Track pipelines and client feedback.
• Support market mapping and salary benchmarking.
• Post/manage job advertisements as needed.
• Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure high-quality candidate/client experience.
