RMT Logistics Services is seeking a Recruitment Officer to support end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment in Quezon City. You will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh grads with relevant recruitment experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate interviews and screen applicants against role requirements.
• Maintain candidate communications and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist in job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding for new hires and mass-hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
