Job summary

GainStrong is seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist in Quezon City to manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing applicants to onboarding successful candidates. You will coordinate with different hiring managers to find the best talents for the organization and provide backend HR services and support to business operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, with experience in recruitment and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in a recruitment firm is a plus.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Willing to be assigned in West Ave., Quezon City.
