The role also involves interviewing candidates, endorsing shortlisted applicants for final interviews, administering tests when needed, and representing the company at job fairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Knowledge of multiple job portals and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to maintain organized records and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team supervisors/managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels and post vacancies on job sites.
• Manage company job portals (Kalibrr, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook page) and invite candidates for initial interviews.
• Endorse shortlisted candidates for final interview and administer tests if needed.
• Represent the company at job fairs and handle off-site recruitment activities.
• Prepare and maintain employee-related documentation and files.
