The role emphasizes meeting hiring targets, maintaining data privacy, and delivering a seamless candidate experience while operating as an independent contractor.

You will work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time, with uncapped incentives upon meeting targets and a strong emphasis on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Able to meet hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with taxes and benefits.
• Willing to complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and facilitate candidates matching job requirements.
• Secure clear commitments from candidates regarding offers.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Meet monthly hiring targets.
