Job summary

Lago is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support U.S.-based skilled trades and home services clients. This remote role is based in the Philippines with CST-aligned hours. You will manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple client accounts, screen candidates, monitor progress, and advise hiring managers on next steps.

You will coordinate with US clients, identify bottlenecks, and keep recruiting momentum with minimal supervision. Strong English, multitasking, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients and direct client communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage activities from sourcing to offer acceptance across multiple client accounts.
• Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct phone/video interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain organized pipelines and prevent delays.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as recruiting partner to U.S.-based clients, provide updates and recommendations.
• Hiring Recommendations: Evaluate profiles and communicate strengths/concerns to hire.
