Job summary

Lago is seeking a seasoned Full-Cycle Recruiter to support U.S. skilled trades and home services clients. This remote role is based in the Philippines with a CST-aligned schedule (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

You will manage sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts. You will conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, maintain pipelines, and provide hiring recommendations while coordinating with U.S. clients.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients with direct client-facing communication.
• Ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Valid NBI Clearance.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage recruiting activities from sourcing and candidate screening through hiring recommendations and offer acceptance across multiple client accounts.
• Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ experience and fit.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain organized pipelines and follow up to prevent delays.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a recruiting partner to U.S.-based clients and discuss hiring challenges.
• Hiring Recommendations: Evaluate candidate profiles and recommend candidates based on job requirements.
• Recruiting Funnel Analysis: Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Proactive Communication & Escalation: Raise concerns early and communicate risks.
• Multi-Requisition Management: Balance multiple openings and priorities.
• Accountability & Continuous Improvement: Improve recruiting processes and results.
