Qualifications

• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment for software/IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collecting structured feedback.
• Maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems.
