Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, with emphasis on senior developers. The role supports multiple brands and collaborates with People and Development teams.

Work remotely from the Philippines, with a 9:00 am–5:00 pm schedule aligned to Pacific Time. You will screen, coordinate assessments, and streamline the candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success hiring long-term developers (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps), preferably at the senior level.
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and referrals.
• Identify and engage passive candidates, particularly senior-level developers.
• Build and manage a long-term talent network for key technical roles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments in collaboration with engineering leads and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Keep hiring managers aligned and updated throughout the process.
• Track candidates using Manatal or internal tracking sheets.
• Align with People and Development teams on hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
• Educate hiring managers on best practices in structured interviews and evaluations.
• Keep accurate records of sourcing, interviews, and notes; suggest improvements for candidate experience and workflows.
• Define pipelines and benchmarks for recurring technical roles (frontend, backend, DevOps).
