Job summary

OpsWerks is seeking a Senior Technology Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and infrastructure roles. You will collaborate with engineers and leadership to design and execute sourcing and closing strategies while strengthening our employer brand and candidate experience.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and market data to build sustainable talent pools, forecast hiring needs, and drive hiring process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in the tech industry.
• Experience recruiting for SRE/DevOps/Cloud roles in technology.
• Proven branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Strong data-driven approach to hiring metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle tech recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies.
• Develop proactive pipelines through events, referrals, and communities.
• Lead employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
• Create recruitment dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external agencies and mentor contract recruiters.
