Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a highly organized Recertification Specialist in the Philippines to provide remote administrative and compliance support for U.S.-based housing operations.

The role involves processing applications, lease renewals, recertifications, and related documentation, maintaining records, and collaborating with U.S.-based teams. Experience in property management or housing compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in property management, lease administration, or housing/compliance administration.
• Strong data-entry and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process applications, lease renewals, recertifications, interim certifications, and related documentation on schedule.
• Provide administrative support for HUD Section 8 and LIHTC housing compliance requirements.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain resident, applicant, and compliance data in property management systems.
• Keep organized electronic records for housing compliance and property management.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc compliance reports as requested.
• Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding missing docs and status updates.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams to resolve processing issues.
• Assist with lease-related and compliance documentation preparation and administration.
• Support basic accounting-related admin tasks as needed, including receivables.
