Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support travel nurses through onboarding and compliance. You will communicate via phone, chat, and written channels, follow up on pending requirements, and ensure candidate records are accurate while coordinating with internal teams.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, timely follow-ups, and a positive candidate experience. The position offers a hybrid setup across our Philippines locations and a chance to grow in healthcare

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of US BPO experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate follow-ups and administrative tasks.
• Experience with ATS/CRM or candidate management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, chat, and written support to travel nurses regarding onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding drug screening, medical requirements, and other pre-employment documentation.
• Guide candidates in completing and submitting their pending requirements.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities and internal teams regarding candidate requirements and status updates.
• Track candidate records and completion statuses in internal systems.
• Follow up consistently to ensure requirements are completed within timelines.
• Identify delays or compliance concerns that may affect start dates and escalate as needed.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
• Manage multiple candidates and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail.
